About Cruising The Crags
Cruising The Crags is a community-driven initiative built on over a decade of collaboration among local businesses. Together, we showcase this dreamy destination— its adrenaline-filled activities, serene accommodation and world-class dining, the very experiences that make The Crags truly unforgettable!
Located just a 20-minute drive northeast of Plettenberg Bay, The Crags is a charming rural area known for its rugged, craggy mountains and abundant natural attractions, including wildlife sanctuaries, celebrated vineyards, indigenous forests and walking trails. It is a tranquil hub for outdoor adventure, offering pristine beaches, fishing, kayaking, hiking, cycling (MTB), horse riding and a wide range of adventure activities. The area also features arts and crafts, wine tasting and unique wildlife experiences. True to its name, “The Crags” is defined by dramatic cliffs and rocky overhangs that shape its striking landscape.
